Bánh Ướt Lòng Gà
Banh uot long ga is a traditional Vietnamese dish that originated in the central region of the country. The dish is typically served as a breakfast or brunch food, and it has become a popular street food in many cities throughout Vietnam, including Da Lat.
The dish consists of soft, thin rice flour sheets that are steamed and then rolled or folded into small, bite-sized pieces. The various parts of the chicken, such as the breast, thighs, wings or inside the chicken as heart, stomach are usually shredded and cooked in a savory broth made from chicken bones, onions, garlic, and other aromatic herbs and spices.
Accompanying a plate or bowl of Banh Uot Long Ga is a cup of fish sauce that has been combined with garlic, offering a bold, slightly spicy, and sweet flavor. The fresh Banh Uot provides a distinct aroma, and its soft texture combines well with the slight fatty taste of chicken intestine and the sweetness of the chicken meat. When mixed with the spicy, flavorful sauce, which has a hint of chili and herbs, the result is an incredibly delicious Banh Uot Long Ga that is sure to tantalize the taste buds

The best time to visit is during the dry season, from December to March, when the flowers are in full bloom and the weather is sunny and pleasant.
Gà nướng cơm lam – Roasted chicken & sticky rice
Gà nướng cơm lam, also known as grilled chicken with bamboo-tube rice, is a popular dish in Da Lat city that you must try. The dish consists of tender and juicy chicken that has been marinated with various herbs and spices for hours before being grilled over an open flame. This gives the chicken a distinct smoky flavor that is hard to find in other dishes.
